The Clean Air Act & The Chemical Products Industry

The motto is 'Don't trust us, track us.' EPA is approaching attainment of the requirements of the 1996 additions to the 1990 Clean Air Act with common sense. Combined with the commitment of the chemical products industry, there is real progress underway to total attainment by the target date of 2002, and many of the world's countries are already adopting variations of the programs.
